广西电网有限责任公司电力科学研究院;同济大学电子与信息工程学院;东华大学信息科学与技术学院;
大量分布式光伏接入配电台区可能引起台区电压越限。受限于储能容量,传统的基于本台区的储能调度策略可能无法解决台区的电压越限问题。基于此,提出基于边缘控制的配电台区共享储能双层优化调度策略。上层策略以治理电压越限为目标,下层策略通过储能的优化调度实现运行成本最小。采用粒子群算法对下层策略的数学模型进行求解。最后,以广西电网某馈线中的相邻台区为例,验证了所提共享储能调度策略的有效性。算例运行结果表明,通过边缘控制器协同调度相邻台区的共享储能资源,可以克服仅靠本地台区内储能无法治理电压越限的局限,有效解决台区的电压越限问题,保障配电台区的安全经济运行。
