废旧聚酯织物的溶胀脱色及染料回用

摘要:

聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)纺织品在化学法回收过程中,染料的存在会大幅降低再生产品的品质。为解决这一问题,本文采用绿色环保溶剂四甲基脲(TMU)充分溶胀废旧聚酯织物,并开发了一种有效的脱色工艺。试验结果表明,在反应温度为100℃,反应时间为30 min时,聚酯织物的脱色率可达98.5%以上,同时,该脱色工艺对聚酯织物的强度几乎无影响。此外,溶剂和染料均可实现回收再利用,其中溶剂回收率超过90%。在循环利用5次后,脱色率仍能保持在95.1%以上。

Abstract:

The presence of dyes in polyethylene terephthalate(PET) textiles during the chemical recycling process can significantly reduce the quality of the recycled products. In order to solve this problem, an effective decolorization process was developed which uses the green solvent tetramethylurea(TMU) to fully swell the waste polyester fabrics. The experimental results show that the decolorization rate of polyester fabrics can reach 98.5% when the reaction temperature is 100 ℃ and the reaction time is 30 min, and the decolorization process hardly affects the strength of polyester fabrics. In addition, both solvent and dyes can be recovered and reused. The solvent recovery rate is more than 90%, and the decolorization rate can still be maintained at more than 95.1% after 5 times of recycling.
