考虑工时不确定的动态柔性作业车间机器与AGV联合调度方法

摘要:

针对动态柔性作业车间中工件动态到达、工序工时不确定、机器与AGV(自动导引车)联合调度及AGV无冲突路径规划等问题,以最小化最大完工时间和总拖期及均衡机器利用率为目标,建立考虑工时不确定、工件到达时间、AGV资源和车间布局的联合调度模型。提出基于DQN(深度Q网络)的联合调度方法,通过在规则中嵌套基于时间窗的A-Star(A*)算法实现AGV无冲突路径规划。提出包含受影响工序及搬运任务右移重调度和完全重调度的组合重调度策略的动态调度方法,该方法引入完工时间偏差和总拖期偏差作为评价指标,以选择较优的重调度策略。最后通过在不同规模的案例上与其他算法对比,验证了所提联合调度算法的有效性,通过动态试验验证了动态调度方法的有效性与可行性。

Abstract:

Aiming at the problems such as the dynamic arrival of workpieces, uncertain process operation time, joint scheduling of machines and AGVs(automated guided vehicles), and conflict-free path planning of AGVs in the dynamic flexible job shop, with the goals of minimizing the makespan, the total tardiness, and balancing the machine utilization rate, a joint scheduling model considering the uncertain operation times, the arrival times of workpieces, AGV resources and the workshop layout is established. A joint scheduling method based on DQN(deep Q-network) is proposed, and the conflict-free path planning of AGVs is realized by nesting the time-window-based A-Star(A*) algorithm in the rules. A dynamic scheduling method with a combined rescheduling strategy including the right-shift rescheduling of affected operations and handling tasks and the complete rescheduling is proposed. This method introduces the makespan deviation and the total tardiness deviation as the evaluation indicators to select the better rescheduling strategy. The effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method are verified through case studies.
